Issue Delivery Order:
i) Order (Origin Country):
- Goods pick up by customer/members no charges.
- Goods courier out, the postage bear by customer/members.
- Replenish:
For Origin Country Delivery order (DO), goods will be automatically replenish by the company, delivery fees is included.
ii) Order (Corss Border):
- BP can issued cross border DO, by providing coresponded country address.
Exp: If your registered country is MY, and you want to issue DO to SG, you are required to provided SG address before issue SG DO. - Replenish:
For Cross Border Delivery order (DO)
i. Delivery charges apply for cross-border replenish, as refer to table below:

ii. BP can select on particular DO to replenish. Click the [Request Replenish] Button to notify admin to issue your replenish order.
iii. If BP does not make a request, the company will automatically replenish stock to BP’s registered regional address, provided that BP meets either of the following criteria:
- BP has accumulated a delivery order (D/O) issued stock quantity of 15 boxes in their inventory records, or
- BP has not made a replenishment request within 30 days after a D/O has been issued.”
