ORDER

  • All order will be processed after payment confirmed.
  • Images of products displayed on ZINNIA website are for illustration purposes only. The actual products may differ from such images.
  • ZINNIA reserves the right to decline any order where delivery location is not covered by our authorized courier company.
  • Once order has been confirmed, customer may check the order status after 1 working day by logging in at ZINNIA website (www.zinnia2u.com), check with company via WhatsApp +6013 393 9153 or Email at admin@zinnia2u.com.

  • Online payment via Ipay88 (FPX Online banking , Ewallet {boost, shopeePay, Touch’nGO Ewallet and etc}
  • Credit Card payment via Paypal.
  • Bank Transfer ( offline payment).

Delivery

Order Cut Off time: Orders placed and confirmed by 12.00 pm (GMT+8) will be processed on the same day, while orders placed and confirmed after 12.00pm (GMT+8) on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, Public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Note: All orders are currently shipped out from Selangor, Malaysia

Please ensure customer provide the correct shipping address. Check the address carefully when placing an order.

Changes to the shipping and billing address will not be entertained after order has been confirmed.

Products will only be delivered to valid addresses (and not to PO boxes) within Malaysia only.

Change shipping address after order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, ZINNIA are unable to redirect orders once the items have been shipped. If the address provided is incorrect, the package will be returned to company by the courier or the unintended recipient.

How Long It Take To Delivery the Product?

Delivery normally take 3 to 5 working days (klang valley & major town) except weekends and public holidays and 5 to 7 working days for Outskirt area.

**Delivery may take longer or delay during sale period and season holidays. **

Failed delivery attempts

The courier will leave an “unable to deliver” note at the location If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the package and it’s up to customer to follow up and arrange for another delivery date. Please note that any additional shipping charges for attempted delivery and returning shipping charges will be borne by customer. Customer may contact the courier company to track the parcel with the consignment tracking number.

Shipping Cost

A flat rate shipping charge of RM10 to West Malaysia and RM15 to East Malaysia. Shipping costs will be added to customer order just prior to the point of payment in the e-shopping process.

Free Shipping Promotion: ZINNIA offers free shipping to any address within Malaysia for orders RM50 and above in total value. (Please be aware that promotion subject to change from time-to-time.)

Reshipment Fee

Reshipment refers to the reshipping of returned or undelivered parcel(s) after several delivery attempts by courier. A “Reshipment fee” of RM10 will be incurred if customer wish to resend the returned / undelivered parcel(s) to a specific shipping address within Malaysia.

International Deliveries

International deliveries available for selected countries: Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar. Oversea Shipping Charges references to table rate during checkout.

Estimate delivery time

Singapore, Brunei: 5-8 working days

Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar: 6 – 12 working days

For others oversea purchase excluded these above shown countries, please fill in those info and email to (info@zinnia2u.com) about the ideal package, country, area and post code. We will revert email to confirm the total amount (product price + shipping fare).

*Please note that all import duties and taxes are not included. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility
