A) How To Order

i) Online Order

Step 1: Select Product
Step 2: Fill In Your Quantity
Step 3: Fill Up Your Delivery Information
Step 4: Select Your Payment Methods
Step 5: Make Payment
Step 6: Receive Product Purchase Confirmation Email
Step 7: Wait 2 to 3 working day (Klang Valley & Major Town) for product to arrival and 3 to 5 working days to outskirt area.

ii) Offline Order

Step 1 : Direct bank in to our bank, Kindly filled up your name / FB name at : Receipt Reference

Step 2 : Snap picture the slip and send to us or WhatsApp us at +6013 393 9153 after payment made.
provide us your detail :

-Name
-Address
-Mobile Number
-Receipt Reference (put ur name or FB name) / Bank Transfer Account holder name
-Amount transfer & Product order

Step 3: Once Payment Confirmed will arrange send out your goods. 3 to 5 working days(Klang Valley & Major Town), Outskirt area 5 to 7 working days goods will arrival.

* Cut Off time : 12.00pm. Order place & Confirmed before 12.00pm will processed on the same day, while after 12.00pm will be processed on the following working day.

Orders placed and confirmed after 12.00pm (GMT+8) on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

East Malaysia (By POS Malsysia, DHL and etc)
Delivery period: for Kuching & Kota Kinabalu (3) to (5) days. Others places (5) to (7) working Days.

Oversea Shipping Notice: 

Oversea Shipping available for selected countries: Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar, China, Hong Kong.
Oversea Shipping Charges references to table rate during checkout
Oversea Shipping by POS Malaysia International Air Parcel or Aramex.

E) Return & Exchange

Change of mind not applicable. We allow the customer to exchange the product when our product has quality problems (such as lack of materials, damages, or improper size), and we will apologize for that sincerely.
We will not accept return reasons to exchange product A to product B.
The product to be returned or exchanged within 7 working days after receiving the package if the customer wants to exchange the product. We will not accept any delayed request of return or exchange.
Necessary Procedures for Return and Exchange: Please send to us the damage product and provide your invoice/cash bill number; else the return or exchange will not go on.
Return and Exchange Method:
Exchange for the same product: We will re-deliver the product within a shortest period after completing and confirming the procedures, without asking for any additional charge.

H) What If I Won’t Be At Home On The Scheduled Delivery Date?

The courier will leave an “unable to deliver” note at the location If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the package and it’s up to customer to follow up and arrange for another delivery date. Please note that any additional shipping charges for attempted delivery and returning shipping charges will be borne by customer. Customer may contact the courier company to track the parcel with the consignment tracking number.
